Enduranz Couple's Take Photo and Fan Contest

A. There are (2) two ways to join:

1. Become a fan of Enduranz in Facebook

         To join simply become a fan on Facebook and weekly we will gi ve away a GC for a Treat for 2 to a Spa.

         Every Saturdays of December we are going to raffle of GC’s to all Enduranz fans on that period.

2. Post in Enduranz Facebook Wall your photo with your partner.

   2.1 To qualify photos must show the following:

        a. An actual Enduranz product (box, banig,capsules) anywhere in the photo.
        b. Get creative on how you show it.
        c. Ask your friends to vote for your photo by hitting “Like”
        d. The photo who has the most votes at the end of the month will win the Grand Prize.
        e. Double the vote by signing up. Click here to sign up.

   2.2 Enduranz has the right to screen and delete photos that have vulgar content which is it deems inappropriate.

   2.3 Enduranz has the right to disqualify photos that do not comply with the given mechanics.

B.   Guidelines:

    a. Open for males and females

    b. All photo entries must be submitted on or before December 19, 2009. Extended till Jan 30, 2010

    c. Voting is until Dec 31, 2009. Extended till Jan 30, 2010

    d. Number of times a participant may win: A winner may win only once in each draw. In the event that his/her name is drawn more than once, the higher value prize will be granted and another name will be drawn for the prize of lesser value.

    e. All fan submitted within the promo period are eligible for the Grand Draw.

    f. Winners will be informed via telephone call, PM and email on how they can claim their prizes.

    g. All prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

    h. Prizes may be redeemed within sixty (60) days after the notification period. Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days will be forfeited in favor of Enduranz.

    i. Identification documents (2 valid IDs) must be presented when claiming the prize.

    j. The promo is open to all residents of the Philippines.

    k. Enduranz, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, its advertising and promotion agencies up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity are not qualified to join the promo.

    l. By submitting photos, the consumers agree to the following:

• Enduranz and Nattural Quality Corp. and its advertising and promotions agencies will not be held liable for any legal or moral implications as a result of posting the submitted videos.

• All photos submitted to Enduranz Couples Take and their reproduction, duplication, transmission and commercial usage may be done without prior approval of and without additional compensation to the creator of the photo.
